I meant to get something out to you long ago to express our thanks and appreciation for the custom built-ins that were installed in our home. The change to our upstairs "bonus room" has been something that we couldn't even imagine when we first considered the project earlier in the year. One would think that during these tough economic times, getting excellent customer service would be a given. But I am here to tell you that is not the case.
I purchased a home in Lake Stonebridge in December and have been remodeling extensively ever since. When I wanted to put cabinet doors at the bottom of the great room built-in cabinets and to make some modifications in the master closet, a neighbor informed me that your business did original work.
I contacted Paul Duwel and left a message for him. He returned my call promptly and was out maybe even that day to take a look at what I needed. I have built three homes, and while I hope I can plainly articulate what it is I want, it takes a good listener to transform that through into a tangible reality. Paul asks good questions and listens to answers.
I am also hugely cognizant of the fact that adding eight doors to the bookshelves and adding a few shelves in a closet (plus shelf dividers) and the built-ins is a job almost not worth Paul's time. But I want you to know that he never once made me feel that what I needed done was insignificant. I love my closet. I just love it!
