Large Media Center was installed

I called in late September to receive an estimate, and the Sales Rep. came out the next day. He took all the measurements and then went back to his office to design our Media Center. We met with him in the showroom to go over his quote and design. We were then able to look at similar units in the showroom which really helped us visualize what we would be getting. I had also asked a competitor for an estimate, but their price was higher, and the unit was very basic. We then put a 50% deposit down and waited about a week and a half to get it installed. The installation was a breeze. The installers were so nice and organized. I am so pleased with this project!

Designed, built and installed a large wall unit consisting of bookcases, storage cabinets and mounting area for a flat-panel TV

We went to Innovative's factory and showroom where Shawn discussed our needs, then designed this unit to our exact specifications. We also selected the finish we desired. A few days later, he came to our house to double-check the measurements and show us how the finish would coordinate with existing woodwork. We then signed the contract and gave him a down payment. He called a few days later and set up a delivery and installation time about two weeks away. The installers, both very professional and experienced, arrived at the exact agreed-upon time and went promptly to work. The entire job was completed with only one problem within about three or four hours. That one problem was a broken glass panel which they said would be replaced as soon as possible. Within about a week John came out and installed the panel. In the meantime, I discovered two things which I had overlooked when the unit was designed and called Innovative to tell them about it. We needed another shelf and also needed to have two holes drilled for speaker wires. John brought the shelf when he replaced the glass panel and drilled the two holes. Both of these latter items were done at no additional cost to us!
